Jim sits on Blue Sky's Board of Directors and is an active participant across many of our workstreams

He was a key thought and content contributor to Blue Sky's National Science Foundation Regional Innovation Engin grant application in 2023.
Jim continually brings creative ideas and presents fruitful opportunities to the Coalition that propels our industry toward a more sustainable future.
In addition to all of the incredible work Jim brings to Blue Sky, he is Director, Center for Ports & Waterways at Texas A&M Transportation Institute. He has previously been a port director on the Texas coast.
